Solution If you want a FREE merchant account with your Pro or Custom site then yes you do.

If you feel more comfortable with going with your own bank then you can do that as well. However if you wish to ever use Real Time Credit Card Processing then be sure that your bank sets up a real time gateway with one of these providers:

  • Total Merchant Services V4.5

  • AuthorizeNet V3.1

  • SECPay

  • 2CheckOut

  • WorldPay

  • iTransact

  • VeriSign Payflow Link

  • Fast Transact

  • LinkPoint Basic



Otherwise you will not be able to use real time to work with your store. If your bank has questions about this please have them contact us.
