Solution News Update:

The password problem that some are running into when trying to connect to webmail is an internal operation system issue that corrupts the database - We have found a fix to the problem, and it will take weeks to implement this on all servers -

The only way we know when the database has a corrupt password file, it by YOU letting us know through our Support System.

NOTE: No mail is lost, you just cannot access it until we reset the database

We will post further information here as we have this problem corrected!
