Details New helpdesk still being implemented

We apologize for some of the issues some of you have had but we are working on getting everything setup. Clients accessing the helpdesk through www.SigninOnline.com should access the helpdesk directly here:

http://www.DropshipSupport.com

Use the Lost Password feature to get a password sent to you and if you continue to have issues please call our office at 920-968-7600 and we would be happy to assist you from there.

Thank you for bearing with us. The new helpdesk is very nice! There is also a Live Support Button you can click on our website if you have Sales or Support Questions. Otherwise you can setup a support ticket like before.

If you continue to have problems with the Lost Password feature you may just need to setup a new account. If you do not have another email address (only one account per email address in our new system) then let us know and we can delete your account from the system and then you can simply setup a new one. But all of your old tickets will probably be lost.
